All of our Paella dishes are gluten free and lactose free by default. Choose up to 3 dishes from our selection below, with our without rustic bread and Andalusian salad.

Paella de Carnes - Chicken and Chorizo Paella

For a great alternative offering to seafood paella we offer several options. Our Chicken and Chorizo dish contains all the same seasoning, and a generous serving of both chicken (breast or thigh meat, your preference) and a beautiful smokey chorizo - but this dish contains no seafood whatsoever.

Ideal as a large pan dish to suit the meat lovers! Please note - we can also use pork or other meats by request if you should require.
*Chorizo is a Spanish cured pork sausage blended with Smoked Paprika, known as Pimenton.

Paella de Mariscos - Seafood Paella

Traditional Paella in the Spanish sense may not mean seafood (see Purist, below) but Paella as we know it here in the UK is undoubtedly recognised as a seafood dish. Choose from mouthwatering prawns (shelled or unshelled), Mussells, Squid, scallops, or all of the above, blended with fresh-on-the-day vegetables of your choice, vapourised rice and our unique special spice and seasoning mix.

Typically, our seafood Paella contains Prawns, Mussells, Clams, Mixed Seafood (squid / octopus) and Samphire Grass.

Rustic Bread and Andalusian Salad

We can compliment our Paellas with a combination of rustic white, brown and seeded loaves and / or Andalusian Salad (Tomatoes, Onion, Cucumber, Peppers with an Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar and Thyme Dressing) if you wish, for a small supplement per person.
